Do you ship to my country?
At the moment, we are only delivering Australia wide. If you would like to buy from Pure Vitamins but are not in Australia, please email our Customer Service at info@purevitamins.com.au. We may be able to arrange alternative shipment options for an additional charge.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is $5.00 flat rate Australia wide, free if you spend more than $70.00. Delivery charges are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours from receiving payment. Australia Post usually takes 1-2 working days for Sydney Metro and 3-7 for delivery Australia wide.
